Overview: The Discovery Internship at Deloitte provides an inside look at careers in professional services. This program is tailored for freshmen, sophomores, and juniors pursuing degrees in business, accounting, economics, STEM, or related fields.   • Location: Columbus, Ohio

  • Modality: Hybrid (2-3 days in-person per week)

  • Compensation: $28–$32 per hour

  • Time Commitment: Full-time during Summer 2025

Eligibility Requirements

  • Current college freshmen, sophomores, or juniors pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a business, accounting, economics, STEM, or related field

  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 (preferred GPA of 3.2)

  • Ability to manage academics with extracurricular activities

  • Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment
