Eligibility Requirements:
High school senior of African descent (e.g., African American, African, Ethiopian)
Plan to attend a four-year U.S. college or university immediately after graduation
Pursue an undergraduate degree in engineering, computer science, computer information systems, or business-related fields (e.g., business administration, finance, marketing)
Demonstrate a passion for technology
Exhibit leadership in school or the community
Have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (on a 4.0 scale)
Require financial assistance to attend college
Microsoft employees and their children are ineligible
