Big Brothers Big Sisters of New York City (BBBS of NYC) provides one-to-one mentorship programs that empower young people by building meaningful relationships with adult mentors. BBBS of NYC offers a variety of mentorship programs tailored to the needs of youth, including community-based, workplace-based, and school-based mentoring, aimed at helping children achieve academic success, personal growth, and career readiness.

Location: New York City
Modality: In-person (mentorship in community settings, schools, or workplaces)
Compensation: Unpaid volunteer position
Estimated Time Commitment: Typically a few hours per month, with a commitment of at least one year
Eligibility Requirements:
Open to adults aged 21 and older
