Overview: The CareSource Summer Intern will support Behavioral Health projects and initiatives, providing hands-on experience in strategy development, programming review, and workforce strategy execution. This role allows interns to apply classroom knowledge to practical scenarios and gain insights into Behavioral Health operations.

Key Information:

• Location: Remote (with potential travel to Ohio for events, conferences, and meetings)

• Modality: Remote

• Compensation: $34,500–$55,100 annually, based on education, training, and experience

• Estimated time commitment: Full-time

Eligibility Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Current junior or senior undergraduate or graduate student in a credited degree program

• Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and in team settings
