Overview: The CareSource Summer Intern will support Behavioral Health projects and initiatives, providing hands-on experience in strategy development, programming review, and workforce strategy execution. This role allows interns to apply classroom knowledge to practical scenarios and gain insights into Behavioral Health operations.

Location: Remote (with potential travel to Ohio for events, conferences, and meetings)
Modality: Remote
Compensation: $34,500–$55,100 annually, based on education, training, and experience
Estimated time commitment: Full-time
Eligibility Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Current junior or senior undergraduate or graduate student in a credited degree program
Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and in team settings
