Organization Overview: Trinity Property Consultants is a national multifamily management firm focused on creating vibrant community environments. The Real Estate Management Internship allows students to experience multiple aspects of property management, including Leasing, Operations, and Corporate roles, under the mentorship of senior leaders.

Key Information:

  • Location: San Diego, CA, and other US locations

  • Modality: Onsite

  • Compensation: $19–$20/hr

  • Estimated Time Commitment: Full-time, May 27 - August 1

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Enrolled in a 4-year accredited program, preferably in Real Estate, Hospitality, or Property Management

  • Junior year completed by the start of the internship

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred

  • Strong communication, administrative, and customer service skills

  • Knowledge of fair housing laws and intermediate MS Office skills
